Location: Austin, TX (in-office) Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office: Compensation: Total compensation around $210,000. Salary of $125,000–$155,000 annually plus equity. Department: Engineering: As a Senior Salesforce Analyst / Administrator you will: This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding with Salesforce technical expertise. You are declarative-first, but comfortable going deeper - working with integrations, data models, and light code when needed. As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you’ll act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, owning Salesforce workflows end-to-end and ensuring the platform scales with the business. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and help continuously improve how Steadily uses Salesforce. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX or Kansas City, KS. Job Responsibilities: Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and process automation, following platform best practices.
