Overview Department: Hematology Oncology: Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours: Facility: Central Maine Medical Center: Location: 12 High Street, Lewiston, Maine 04240 Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. Responsibilities: The Nurse Navigator will be responsible for coordinating service and identified patients through a complete health system by assisting with access issues, identifying resources, providing educational material, and developing relationships with service providers and community.
