What We Need: We are looking for a Workplace Advisory Director to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. The Workplace Advisory Director is responsible for leading the expansion of the Workplace Advisory program and member capabilities by serving as a workplace subject matter expert, contributing original insights, and mentoring others to develop new competencies and thought leadership. This role will monitor industry trends to shape the program’s strategic direction, content creation, influence brand-led conversations, and engage stakeholders.
