Job Summary: Responsible for direct care coverage and supervision in the residential program and the implementation of meaningful day activities to all individuals. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation of meaningful day in your program Ensure daily planning and relaxation meetings are scheduled and occurring: a. Ensure entire documents are completed for Mon – Fri from 9 AM to 3 PM b. Ensure that sufficient copies are available c. Purge information every three months into the black cabinet Develop and prepare individualized meaningful day schedules for all individuals Ensure daily schedules are being followed and filled out by all first shift staff Periodically review schedules for accuracy and completeness, make changes as needed Ensure that menus are properly completed and followed: a. Ensure menus are following the correct template and are EO509 compliant b. Post and update menus on the refrigerator or in a location designated by the Program Manager c.
