Job Description: Position Summary: The Billing Specialist processes the daily deposit for payment of attorney invoices and is assigned to specific e-billing systems and clients to ensure the attorney invoices are properly uploaded for payment approval. The Billing Specialist also performs a variety of other accounting duties, including collections according to our established policies and procedures. Maintains contact with attorneys, staff, vendors, clients regarding invoice status with the E-Billing systems and demonstrates confidentiality of client and firm matters.
