Job description

The Guest Services Center Representative provides efficient, accurate, and friendly services to casino guests, including processing cash, chip, and financial transactions. This role ensures compliance with gaming regulations, maintains balanced funds, and supports a positive guest experience through excellent service and knowledge of casino promotions. Starting Pay: $17.50 plus tips: Provide exceptional customer service by accurately cashing out guests, issuing correct change, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Accurately count, verify, and record assigned funds at the beginning and end of each shift; maintain accountabilities for all transactions. Conduct exchanges with the vault and ensure cash drawers remain balanced, impressed, and compliant with internal controls. Process chip, coin, and financial transactions. Verify and document personal identification for check cashing, cash advances, and other financial transactions. Prepare and complete required regulatory documentation.
