Position Summary: The Greige Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Preparation and Weaving manufacturing areas, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost control, and production efficiency. This role ensures operational excellence, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and develops team members for future growth.
