Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $56,600 - Midpoint: $73,600 (Salaried E9) Department/Organization: 500301 - Compliance: Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Conflict of Interest Program Coordinator implements and coordinates the Institutional Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Program in accordance with the Board of Trustees and the Alabama State Ethics Laws. Creates and manages management plan templates and supporting guidance documentation related to assigned areas. Coordinates with compliance leadership to determine appropriate auditable controls for management plans. Develops guides and job aids to help identify and categorize possible conflicts. Assists with training the campus population regarding conflicts of interest related to assigned areas. Collaborates with campus partners to create management plans for assigned areas. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and some compliance experience. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
