Job Description Renesas is seeking a Director of Product Quality to lead quality improvement initiatives specifically geared towards new product development and volume ramp up to deliver on time high quality and ramp ready products that customer timelines and expectations. In this role, you will help drive Renesas product quality to achieve zero-defect mindset. This position will report to the Power Strategy and Technology Organization and will directly support the Performance Computing Power (PCP) business division. This role will collaborate closely with NPI execution teams, PMO office, Renesas R&D Engineering, Quality teams, enterprise foundation and factory Operations teams. The PCP team product development portfolio includes digital multiphase controllers; smart power stages and 48v system power regulators all geared towards rapidly growing AI hyperscale data center market.
