General Summary Assumes a lead role in professional compensation administration. Participates in salary surveys. Compiles and analyzes market data. Takes the lead in annual compensation modeling and communication. Oversees day-to-day compensation plan execution. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Directs and assists department analysts in day-to-day compensation plan oversite. - Oversees annual salary survey completion process. Participates in salary surveys, extracting and compiling pertinent data to complete survey questionnaires as necessary. - Assumes a lead role in annual compensation budget planning. Compiles and analyzes data to develop budget load files. - Oversees the annual compensation process. Initiates and maintains compensation modeling and accrual files. Oversees year end reconciliation processes. - Researches and develops spreadsheets, documents, and facilitates automated solutions and processes. Assists in the creation, testing and annual maintenance of compensation templates. - Works in collaboration with Business Managers and Service Line executives in supporting the provider compensation of those areas and facilitates communication with physicia...
