We are an extremely large Jeep dealer in the Pacific Northwest. We recently renovated our entire dealership and there has never been a better time to join our team. Working as our Sales Manager, you would be spending most of your time in the CRM, following up on leads, and desking deals. The ideal candidate would have prior CJDR experience with a proven track record in automotive sales management. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all auto sales to increase retention and referrals to drive repeat car sales.
