Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Senior Level) (Payload Systems Design) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Senior Level) to join the Seats Integration Team (SIT) in Everett or Renton, WA . In this role you will lead cross-functional teaming activities across engineering disciplines and product support elements, and provide technical leadership and integration across seat design, certification, installation, suppliers, airlines, and regulatory stakeholders. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a team early in its lifecycle and help define processes across areas such as Project Management, Boeing Problem Solving Model, Analytics, Communication/Media, Onboarding, Training and Development, Practice Space, Safety Management System, and Knowledge Management.
