This position is responsible for supervision of hotel maintenance including preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. ______________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Inspect and monitor the building, equipment and grounds to determine maintenance and preventative maintenance requirements. Responds and resolve engineering service requests in courteous, efficient manner. Develops work procedures and assigns staff to ensure the best service and productivity. Prepare and submit cost estimates and repair options including, suggestions as to feasibility, logical solution and actual needs of a departmental maintenance request.
