Your Role: - Managing the daily operations of the O2C team, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance; - Allocating tasks, balancing workload, and monitoring team performance; - Handling escalated issues and acting as the primary operational contact for clients; - Providing coaching, performance feedback, and development plans for team members; - Overseeing billing accuracy, payment posting, reconciliations, and dispute management; - Supporting transitions, cross‑training, and onboarding activities.
