CAE Instructor Pilots - All for the pursuit of aviation excellence. As an Instructor Pilot at CAE, you play a critical role in developing pilot confidence and skill through high‑quality simulator and ground training. You will lead training sessions, conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑flight briefings, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across assigned aircraft platforms. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements, CAE curriculum, and customer expectations. - Conduct professional, comprehensive pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development. - Perform administrative duties such as completing training records, maintaining instructional qualifications, and recommending remedial training when needed. - Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications. - After approximately 1.5+ years (subject to business need), qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.
