Location: Remote (Must reside in Florida) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our Retirement Plan Advisors and Client Relationship Managers by ensuring the smooth execution of operational and transactional tasks related to 401(k) and other retirement plans. This is a non-client-facing role focused on back-office support and process efficiency.
