Role Overview The Director of Enterprise Procurement & Vendor Management is a finance-led, enterprise-wide leader responsible for defining and executing procurement strategy, vendor governance, and third-party management across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business leaders to optimize external spend, manage third-party risk, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. The Director provides centralized leadership for procurement and vendor management while enabling the business through scalable processes, strategic sourcing, and effective supplier relationships. What you’ll do: - Lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy across all categories, including services, technology, and third-party engagements - Establish sourcing standards, negotiation frameworks, and approval governance aligned with financial controls - Drive cost optimization, value realization, and total cost of ownership initiatives in partnership with Finance - Own the enterprise vendor management framework, including onboarding, segmentation, performance management, and lifecycle oversight - Establish and enforce vendor governance standards in collaboration with Legal, R...
