Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with providers; assessing, planning, and implementing care. Escort patient to and from room. Record patient data. Administer subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and IV therapy. Obtain blood specimens. Clean and sterilize exam and procedure rooms/equipment. Request/Evaluate lab tests. Schedule patient tests, procedures, hospital admission, and appointment follow-ups. Assist with educating patients. Maintain strict confidentiality. Follow all departmental, organizational, and government policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
