In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how our clients work today and in the future. You will identify inefficiencies, redesign key processes, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that make organizations faster, smarter, and more scalable. A core part of the role is to accelerate AI and automation adoption. You will identify where AI creates the most value, translate opportunities into concrete initiatives, and help teams turn potential into real improvements in how work gets done. Purpose of the Role: As an AI Project Lead, you drive prioritized AI cases and development initiatives from early ideas through execution and adoption. Your focus is on digital product development, process optimization, and change management. You ensure that projects deliver measurable business value—tracking impact across efficiency, quality, and time savings—while gradually strengthening the client’s AI capability.
