Job Description The Walmart Refreshments District Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for multiple Refreshment Services units across the United States, with responsibility for approximately $5M in annual revenue . This role is accountable for executing the Refreshment Services program with a strong focus on growth, profitability, productivity, and team development , while consistently delivering on financial commitments. The District Manager may oversee multiple sites for one client or multiple clients. Success is measured through revenue growth, EBIT, margin performance, consumer satisfaction, client loyalty, and employee engagement .
