Director, Performance Analytics – Auto Liability Claims Overview: The ABI and GL Claims Performance Analytics group is seeking a Director to lead claim insights and strategic analytics, with a primary focus on Auto Bodily Injury (ABI) claims. As a senior leader on the Claims Performance Analytics team, this role will manage a small team responsible for developing innovative analytical solutions, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes. This is a highly visible role within Claims and across business segment leadership. It requires deep expertise in technical analysis combined with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to senior executives.
