What will you be doing?: Leading complex biologics new product development programs from ideation through to commercialization Establishing and owning program plans, timelines, KPIs, budgets and cross functional deliverables Partnering closely with R and D, Marketing, Quality, Operations and Regulatory Affairs to ensure program success and compliance Facilitating decision making related to scope, cost, schedule, product quality and lifecycle management Driving continuous improvement in NPD governance, processes and ways of working Acting as a change leader by introducing new standards, mindsets and ways of operating across...
