Position Summary: The Client Performance Management Analyst supports the financial and operational management of pricing and Discount Guarantees by performing detailed reconciliations, validating data accuracy, and preparing reporting that reflects customer financial outcomes. The Analyst contributes to audit readiness by maintaining clear and accurate documentation and assisting in the resolution of data discrepancies. The role collaborates closely with Finance, Underwriting, Account Management, and operational partners to uphold the integrity of Discount Guarantee processes, tools, and customer deliverables.
