Job Title: Assembler: Reports to: Unit Lead Location: Ft. Wayne, Indiana (On-site) Position Summary: The Assembler builds mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components that support industrial burner and combustion equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions and drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a safe manufacturing environment. The role has a floating character, meaning that an Assembler can be deployed throughout the facility and cover a variety of assembly functions, based on business need, completed training, and acquired skill.
