Job description

The Production Worker plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of the processing and handling facility. This position involves executing tasks related to maintenance, operations, safety compliance, and quality assurance to support the facility's daily operations. This position is a union position and successful candidate must join the union after 30 days of employment. Candidate must be able to work the following shift - Shift A: 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Shift C: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM Maintenance and Operations: - Execute tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and machinery. - Participate in the execution of the preventative maintenance program, including inspections and observations of equipment, to ensure equipment functionality and safety. - Assist in regular maintenance activities to keep equipment in good repair. - Ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely by promptly addressing any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
