At Versent, we build technology solutions that genuinely matter. We’re looking for a Microsoft Product Manager to own and evolve our Microsoft Cloud Access & Billing platform — a critical product enabling customers to procure Microsoft solutions seamlessly through Versent. About the work: You will be responsible for the lifecycle of Versent’s Microsoft Resell product — from product vision and backlog management through to billing accuracy, platform optimisation, and customer migration. In the near term, you will play a pivotal role supporting customer migrations to Versent while shaping the future of our billing ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing: Operate the Microsoft Resell & Cloud Access billing product Lead product operations including billing accuracy, credits, refunds, and revenue visibility Build and manage a prioritised product backlog with engineering teams Drive automation and optimisation of billing engines and dashboards Work closely with our AWS product manager to define and execute product backlog Partner with Engineering, Finance, AWS, Microsoft, and Customer Success teams Support commercial outcomes across MRR, revenue, retention, and renewals What You’ll Bring: 5+ yea...
