This role focuses on assessing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and translating business needs into practical, actionable solutions. This role is high visibility and includes regular interaction with client stakeholders. In this role, you will: Facilitate process discovery workshops with client teams. Document current‑state and future‑state processes: Analyze workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop process design recommendations, workflows, and implementation plans. Work directly with clients to understand operational needs and gather business requirements.
