Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator Employment Type: Per Diem Schedule: As needed - 8 hour day shift Location: Onsite - Holy Cross Health, Silver Spring, Maryland with some travel to Germantown, MD and local medical practices required. Position Purpose: The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator leads, manages and coordinates research programs and studies for the Clinical Research Program and physician Principal Investigators. Provides nursing leadership in accordance with protocol requirements, physicians’ orders, and applicable medical center policies and procedures; and performs related work as required. Adheres to Federal and State regulations and sponsor guidelines. Ensures hospital compliance with required terms and conditions for final and ongoing approval to participate in the study. Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Bachelor’s Degree required; BSN or MSN strongly preferred. Clinical Research Certification preferred. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Active Dri...
