Key Responsibilities: - Process customer orders and email inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. - Create invoices and credit notes in line with internal policies. - Apply daily incoming payments and update customer accounts. - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices. - Support the resolution of basic customer queries and escalate more complex cases when needed. - Assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing activities, and audit support. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.
