Your Responsibilities: - Support Delivery and Installation of Major Domestic Appliances in the GTA - Complete process and quality control audits in the field - Complete site-pre-inspections - Respond to escalations related to delivery and installation while collaborating with other departments - Participate and lead training and coaching sessions for in-house and outsourced D&I technicians - Periodic travel required to other markets within Eastern Canada - Work with the Logistics Supervisor to support internal customers across all departments What we are looking for: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer.
