Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Management Data Specialist (6-month Contract) to support the Buying and Planning team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary position will focus on data cleanup, reconciliation, and administrative support related to purchasing, materials management, and production planning activities . The role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy across purchasing and planning systems by assisting with invoice closeout, purchase order cleanup, shop order maintenance, and customer order reconciliation . This position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large datasets with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Perform invoice closeout and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial and procurement records. Support purchase order (PO) cleanup by reviewing open and aged POs and coordinating with internal teams for resolution. Conduct shop order cleanup and data maintenance within manufacturing planning systems. Review and reconcile customer order data to ensure alignment with production and purchasing records.
