Job Description Drive strategic portfolio leadership and continuous improvement for EDS. This role is a clinical translator and strategic business partner, optimizing IT intake, workflows, and governance via TechConnect to advance clinical operations and enhance patient care. Plans and implements the strategic view of business objectives and the relationship to assigned Service Line projects for large scale, complex, multi-dimensional projects and programs. Plans, implements, and evaluates a portfolio of value-based programs. Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Provides guidance to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications. Evaluates strategy and engages with key stakeholders and clients in the resolution of complex issues. Leads team of Project Managers and/or Business Analysts.
