The Position: Responsible for supporting the Human Resources department general administration and special projects including but not limited to enforcing and understanding all company policies and ensuring accurate application of attendance policies within HR systems. Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process by supporting new hire and rehire entries, documentation, and system processing. Provide administrative HR support, employee engagement coordination, and accurate employee record maintenance. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Review employee attendance records daily within HR systems to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
