Your responsibilities: As Teamlead you manage, mentor and support our After Sales and Technical Support team by taking on both professional and disciplinary management tasks (e.g. vacation planning, hours management, performance management), set goals and coach individuals to support them in their professional development with a personal perspective. To maintain a smooth and efficient way of working, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. Additionally, you support the team with occurring day-to-day tasks. You act as the central point for complex technical and aftermarket inquiries, ensuring timely resolution in line with service levels and customer expectations. Another key task will be the supervision and management of all product returns from various sales teams, ensuring efficient and effective processing. An important part of the role is to implement the targets and KPIs set by management, monitoring closely the performance of the team; ensuring proper follow up and putting in place appropriate countermeasures to enable the organization and the team to achieve the set goals.
