STARTING RATE: $14.00: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Alcohol Awareness Card: JOB SUMMARY: Provide premier customer service to every guest that comes into any of our Gift Shop locations and maintain a well stocked, clean, and attractive retail environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is required. Must be computer literate in operating Gift shop cash registers. Must possess basic math skills in order to process sales and balance cash drawer. Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Must be customer service oriented. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Welcome every guest that enters our Gift Shops, and assist them with their Gift Shop purchases in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Process sales transactions for our guests in an accurate and timely manner. 3. Work in cooperation with Gift Shop Supervisors and coworkers in maintaining a clean, orderly, and well stocked gift shop in order to accommodate our guests. 4.
