Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team Marsh Risk Technology This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As .NET Production Support Developer (1st Level) - Shift Ready @MarshTech you will provide first-level production support for .NET-based applications, acting as a bridge between development and DevOps. You will triage and resolve quick production issues, perform lightweight maintenance, and coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure service reliability, timely incident response, and alignment with Marsh IT strategy and the Affinity Management activities in France. This role may require rotating shifts for weekend/holiday coverage.
