This is a cross-functional field role that combines client response responsibilities with hands-on mitigation work depending on business needs. Some weeks may focus heavily on responding to leads and helping clients through the sales process. Other weeks may involve more active mitigation and restoration work in the field. This role is designed for someone who is energized by variety and willing to support both client response and field mitigation operations depending on business needs.
