About the Role: Character.AI is building the future of open-ended interactions between people and intelligent agents. We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to partner closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to scale and optimize Character.AI ’s monetization systems. This role focuses on enabling teams to design, launch, and iterate on data-informed, user-centric monetization experiences, while shaping how we measure, experiment with, and grow revenue without compromising the creativity and openness that define Character.AI .
