Job Summary The Kinesiology and Public Health Department in the Bailey College of Science and Mathematics at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking to hire one full-time lecturer for a two-year contract, with appointment beginning August 17, 2026 and ending approximately May 19, 2028. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The anticipated hiring range for a finalist with a master's degree is $67,404 - $71,508 annually. The anticipated hiring range for a finalist with a doctorate degree is $78,432 - $89,772 annually. Primary duties and responsibilities are to teach undergraduate general education Drugs in Society, Public Health & Mental Health, Social Determinants of Health, Medical Terminology, and other courses in the public health major.
