Position Summary: Directs the development, deployment, and maintenance of the One Xcel Energy Way Operating System within the CETS business area. Lead and facilitate the Integrated Product Portfolio and Technology Governance processes for CETS. Provides leadership and/or oversight on large/transformational projects and initiatives, and partners with other functions to improve current processes and implement new processes. Leads key and critical projects on behalf of the area and serves as a liaison and represents organization with key business partners.
