As the Senior Manager – Safety & Wellbeing (HSE) for ANZ & APAC, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping, embedding, and advancing a world-class safety culture across Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC regions including Macau and India. This role goes beyond compliance—you will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving proactive risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes. You will influence leaders at all levels, ensuring safety is deeply integrated into how we work, innovate, and grow Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Culture: Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking HSE strategy aligned to business objectives.
