Systems Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Missile and Weapons Systems (MWS) is seeking a Senior Engineering & Lab Manager to support the Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program (ICBM) Program out of Ogden, UT. This position will be responsible and have direct accountability with LMTF’s four Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) labs, Radiation, Electrical Part Test, Shock & Vibration (S&V), and Electromagnetic Effects (EME). Specifically, the responsibilities are to conduct testing on parts, sub-systems, and systems to verify hardness and survivability for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) portfolio, Department of Defense (DoD)/ Department of Energy (DoE) Programs, and other partners. The overall vision includes ensuring LMTF’s test capabilities and facilities meet sustainment, modernization, and mission requirements, safeguarding the land-based leg of the nuclear triad and providing test support to other mission partners where available.
