QC Technologist I Schedule: Wednesday thru Saturday ( 3:45pm-2:15am, 4x10s) About the Role: The QC Technologist I plays a key role in supporting the quality and reliability of diagnostic products by performing laboratory testing in a cGMP environment. This position conducts quality control testing on reagents, IVD materials, and personnel swabs to ensure product safety, efficacy, and compliance with established acceptance criteria before release. This role offers hands‑on laboratory experience using scientific techniques such as spectrophotometry, PCR, pipetting, and more. The QC Technologist I collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, and other cross‑functional teams to support data collection, validations, and new product qualifications. What You’ll Do: Quality Control Testing: - Perform QC testing on incoming reagents used in FilmArray and other diagnostic product lines. - Execute routine testing on raw materials, consumables, and finished products following established inspection and laboratory protocols. - Set up and report results for the personnel swab testing program. - Coordinate and execute repeat testing as needed.
