As our next Global Employee & Labor Relations Manager , you’ll play a key role in creating a fair, supportive, and highquality employee experience across our global locations. What you'll do: - Lead, coach and grow a globally distributed team of Employee Relations (ER) Specialists across Europe, India, and the US. - Shape and deliver our Employee Relations strategy covering policies, processes, and guiding frameworks that help employees and managers navigate moments that matter. - Act as a trusted expert on performance management, organizational change, illness and prevention, wellbeing, conduct, and other ER topics in close partnership with our Employment being, conduct, and other ER topics in close partnership with our HR Legal team. - Lead the relationships with trade unions and works councils, handling relationship management, collective bargaining and consultation processes. - Assist with internal investigations within the framework of TomTom’s Code of Conduct, including support on HR recommendations and subsequent actions. - Partner with other People teams t...
