This position will leverage and apply knowledge in developing foreign weapon technologies, combat environments, tactics, policies, priorities, culture, and decisions to develop comprehensive assessments of intentions and capabilities, limitations, and/or vulnerabilities of military systems and technologies. This position requires previous work experience analyzing the development of research, technologies and military systems and prediction of future developments. Responsibilities: Apply experience and analysis on how and when state or non-state actors will integrate scientific and technically capable ground force weapons into their force structure.
