Scope of role The Linear Motion Division is a major contributor to the Automation & Controls Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 9 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe. The Program Manager will be responsible for product and market development activities for the Linear Motion Division’s Aerospace & Defense segment and Cleveland Manufacturing Site customer base . This role will be responsible for acting as the direct customer liaison responsible for developing industry relationships, identifying growth opportunities, tracking emerging technologies, and coordinating the design and commercialization of innovative industry solutions . Works closely with the A&D Vertical Segment Business Unit Manager, Industry Manager, and Strategic / Key Account Managers.
