Riverwalk School are looking to appoint Specialist Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist with PE lessons, who is motivated and friendly, with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for our pupils in the school with Severe Learning Difficulties and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties needs. You will need to be creative as well as resilient with a significant sense of fun. Play is an important part of the therapeutic approach. Your role is to facilitate access to learning for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) pupils across the school. You will support teaching and learning, working with small groups and one to one as required.
