Position Summary: Culinary Depot is seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Manager to oversee and lead our installation teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring that commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment installations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The Crew Manager will coordinate day-to-day field operations, allocate resources across job sites, and serve as a critical liaison between the field teams and project managers. Key Responsibilities: Crew Leadership & Training Manage, direct, and motivate installation crews to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques, safety practices, and company procedures. Foster a positive and professional team environment, ensuring accountability and high performance. Project Coordination & Scheduling: Plan and coordinate field installations in collaboration with project managers. Schedule manpower and manage crew deployment across multiple job sites.
