General Job Summary: The Pool Assistant Superintendent is the primary onsite leader responsible for managing all phases of swimming pool projects, from initial excavation through final client handover. This role serves as the critical link between the office-based project management team and the jobsite field crews, ensuring that high-end swimming pools are built safely, on time and within budget. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Field Supervision & Project Coordination - Assist in managing day-to-day construction activities across multiple jobsites - Coordinate and oversee subcontractors (excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, decking) - Ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project plans and specifications - Anticipate bottlenecks/roadblocks and report to project management team - Maintain clear communication with the General Manager, project manager and project stakeholders - Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards - Conduct quality control checks at each phase of construction Hands-On Construction Duties: - Travel is required throughout the San Antonio and Hill Country regions - Perform skilled installation work, when requeste...
