Senior Support Worker Department: Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Halifax Drive: Compensation: £13.95 / hour: Description: Halifax Drive is located in Leicester. It offers residential support for 33 males and females who have a learning disability, who may also be autistic. We are located in a residential area off a main road. What you'll be doing: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
